All stock components are laser cut from 3mm MDF or 3mm birch plywood.   MDF is a light brown, very uniform material.  Birch plywood is light colored with a light grain. Unfinished and ready to accept your label, paint, stain, etc.   All components have two blank faces.  Edges will be a uniform brown.   All components are packaged in clear plastic, resealable bags.

Custom Laser Cut Shape prices are calculated by the TOTAL area of material required to make your component.  not necessarily the finished size of the component.   For example, if you order a curved shape that has 1.0 square inch area, but because of its shape we need to cut 1.5 square inches of material to create your part, you will be charged for 1.5 square inches, not 1.0 square inches

Blank setup boxes are already assembled.  They are very light, but do take up some space so email us for a shipping quote.
