All templates are based on Imperial units. Metric units are allowed, but are generally not recommended.

2.5 x 3.5 Poker Card Example:

Place the cards (front and back) on the assigned slots. "1F" means the front of the first card, "1B" is the back of the first card, and so on. When the file prints, the front and back images are placed / "flipped" in the correct spots (shown below with Dawn of the Zeds).
