AI (Artificial Intelligence) Statement

 

 

It is Blue Panther LLC policy that all of the final artwork used in products published under the Blue Panther LLC brand has been and is generated by human artists, or was licensed for use.  Blue Panther does use AI for the following purposes 1) to improve the analysis of game mechanics and balance and 2) "placeholder" artwork for prototypes.  Products under the Blue Panther brand include all games on the website in the "Blue Panther Collection".  We reserve the right to periodically review and update this policy as technologies change.

 

 

 

Blue Panther LLC prints many titles for many publishers.  In this role, we are a printer granted a license by the publisher to print a certain number of copies or for a certain period of time.   We are not the publisher.  Blue Panther LLC makes no representation as to the policies of our publisher clients with regards to AI artwork.  While we do have policies (and enforce them) regarding objectionable content, as the PRINTER for other publishers we do not control the content of the games published by our clients.  Please inquire with the publisher directly for their AI art policy.
