Mexico, 1521 - Cortes and his Spanish soldiers are bent on capturing all of the Aztec gold. The Aztecs have belatedly realized the danger of the conquistadors and have summoned their entire army to destroy them and their renegade allies such as the Tlaxacans. Cortes realizes only the capture of the Aztec capital will save his men and he devises a plan to attack by land and by sea. The Aztecs are ready though and plan to destroy all of the Spanish forces.

The game takes about 90 minutes to play. One player commands the Spanish forces and the other player commands the Aztec warriors. Cards vary the game play.
